JHST=Junior High School Teacher
●Teaching from watching the JHST's lesson.
In this lesson, the task is making composition called “What I like.”
Worksheet was easy to understand and I could review some important sentences for example, I'm going to talk about~, I like it because~ and so on.
When I introduce someone to myself, I can use the sentences what I learned today.
I heard that the students in the Junior High School made the composition about their dream. I think that it is not easy topic for Junior High Student.Because, I think that few people who can tell a dream as of Junior High Student definitely. It may takes time even if Japanese to think. So, the topic “What I like”is better to write than “My dream.”
●The discussion with JHST
I learned that the class of “What I like”makes students 4 skills(Listening,reading,writing,and speaking).
The JHST cherish this 4 skills and enjoying English.I think so, too!!
Enjoy using English is so important!!

Micro Teaching
Last ETM3 class,I did a reading micro teaching with Souya Watanabe.We did pre-reading and in-reading activities.Thank you for cooperating with my activities!!
☆The objectives of my pre-reading and in-reading activities.
・The main objective of our lesson is that the students can understand the difference of the way of order between Japanese restaurants and American Restaurants.
・The objective of pre-reading activities is that the students can interested in the way of order and we let students to know it.
・The objective of in-reading activities is that the students try to find the answer of the questions and understand whole meaning of sentences.
In the last of the class,we did true or false questions.Almost of all the students could answered all questions correctly,so I think that we could attain the objective.
☆The strengths and weaknesses of my mini-lesson.
◇The strengths
・The students could understand the gesture of the way of order, the theme correctly, and whole meaning of sentences.
・We were able to end in approximately 15 minutes.
◇The weakness
・We should have made more chance for the students to think, read, and speak.
・We should have done more in-reading activities.
・I think it is important to communicate between students.
☆Discoveries about teaching
When I watched the students in situation of teacher, I didn't know that how does the students feel. I originally think that the class should advance while a teacher watches the reaction of students.It is so important and difficult.

How to be a successful English Teacher at Junior High School
Last Class, Mr.Maruhashi came to our class and I could learn a lot of things.
First,Mr.Maruhashi asked us what is teacher's job. He began with the sudden question.
That question is fundamental,so important, and no right answer as he said. There is no right answer, so I think that we could have my opinion easily.After he attended to our opinion, he stated his opinion.
I think the point here is that a teacher doing question to attract a student by introductory and that question should be easily to think and have many
answer.
Second, he let us think about Junior High School, Junior High School Student,and Junior High School Teacher.We think about it in group.In group, I can tell group members my opinion easily.Next, he explained about our image of Junior High School.I think we could listen his explain carefully because the explain is about our image.
Last,he let us think about English class in group.And he asked us what do we think.
Upper sentence is what compiled the guidance of Mr.Maruhashi roughly.
In this way,he took a lot of time to let students think.I think it is very important point to teach something.
I think there is a lot of teachers talk alone and they think it is natural that students learn from they stated.
In my opinion,the most important thing in class is what students want to know.
I think that teaching something is so difficult.I want to make use of what I learn from Mr.maruhashi.

Two methods of teacing Vocabulary
Today we learned about two approaches for teaching vocabulary: the Teach and Learn Approach and the Learning through Input Approach. You can see a PowerPoint presentation of the approaches here. I would like to tell you about the strengths and weaknesses of each approach as well as the approach I would use as a Junior High School English teacher.
First, I will talk about the strengths and weaknesses of the Teaching and Learn Approach.
◇the strengths
Learners can understand firmly through possible approaches,especially translating the word into the students' own language.Because, they can't translate without understanding meaning of the new word.
Learners can reflection.They would review whether they can understand or not periodically.
◇the weaknesses
It tends to be studied passiveness for the student.It may hard for learners to interested in the topic that teacher presented.
Second, I will talk about the strengths and weaknesses of the Learning through InputApproach.
◇the strengths
Learners can learn a lot of new vocabulary and grammar incidentally.Learners going to investigate a purpose of learning by themselves.And they going to understand the topic for themselves.
◇the weakness
Some learners can understand the topic, but the other learners can't understand or difficult to understand.
Understanding and the achievement degree vary by learners.
Lastly as a junior high school English teacher I would favor a hybrid that the Teach and Learn Approach Learning through Input Approach.

My important thing
The thing which is important for me is a dream.
It is because that a dream is one of my energy. Marcus Aurelius said,“Only a big dream moves a heart of a person”I think so, too.
However, a human being does not have a clear dream all the time. I am also confused if there is not a dream. I don’t understand what to do and what I want to do. But, I think that it is an important process for us to stop. A flow I stop and to chase a dream constitutes my life.
So, the thing which is important for me is a dream. Now my dream is to be an Elementary school teacher!!

My English Experience
When I was junior high schol student , I learned English for the first time. I had hardly known English until then. But, I soon interested in English! Because, My English teacher was so interesting and powerful. My English teacher speak English very well, so I yearned to speak English well.
I enjoyed learning English because, I was happy that I could write, read, spreak, and listen English little by little. I could study English with fun. I enjoyed studying English through various games, songs and so on. Especially, I like script. It is so cool for me to write script, so I practice script hard. The more I study English, the more I could write, read, speak, and listen English!
Now I think that the yearn to my English teacher made me hard.
When I was high school student, I had to read long English sentence and remember a lot of words, idioms, and frases. Besides, I had to learn grammer. It was very hard for me. Especially, it is difficult for me to memorize a lot of words. I tyied to some way to memorize words, but it was quite dihhicult. The best way of memorizing many words was using “tangoou flash card” It was so helpful that I could remember a lot of words. And in the high school, I realized depth of English.
When I was junior high school student, I enjoyed studying English. But when I was high school student, I deepened understanding of English.
